Website Usage Agreement

Welcome to forsaleinlafayette.com (the "Site"), an online information service provided by Mike and Luanne Frampton with RE/MAX Lafayette Group. Mike and Luanne Frampton as well as any assistants or other individuals employed by them for business purposes shall collectively be referred to as the "Frampton Team" hereinafter. By accessing or using the Site, you (the "User") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

The entire contents of the Site are protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not sell access to the information on this site without having obtained prior written consent from the respective owners of the materials involved. You may print, download, or otherwise use portions of the material presented on the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes or where permitted by applicable fair usage rights.

By submitting content to the Site in areas designated for public display of user-contributed material (such as discussion boards, guest books, and the like) you automatically grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to the Frampton Team to publicly perform, use, display, transmit, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of the content including any ideas contained, implied or expressed, therein. You further grant the Frampton Team the right to sublicense these rights to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law and acknowledge that the content you have submitted is your own original work or that you have obtained any necessary legal permission to license the work in the aforementioned manner.

The provisions mentioned in the above paragraph do not apply to information you submit specifically to the Frampton Team via a private contact method on the Site (such as a personal contact form) where submitted information is not typically displayed to other users. By using such a method you grant the Frampton Team the right to contact you and to act on the material you submitted. Any material presented on the Site is provided on an as-is basis. Neither the Frampton Team nor the administrative personnel associated with the operation of the Site shall be held responsible for inaccuracies causing content to be outdated, incorrect, or misleading nor shall the aforementioned parties be held liable for any losses or misjudgments resulting from such flaws. It is the responsibility of the User to evaluate the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of information provided on the Site.

The Frampton Team reserves the absolute right to modify this agreement at any time with or without notice to you. All such modifications shall be effective immediately upon the posting of the new document on the Site. It is the responsibility of the User to review this document periodically to be aware of any changes. For your convenience, the date of the last modification to this agreement shall be provided below. Your continued access or use of the Site shall represent your acceptance of any modifications to this agreement hereafter.
